Another badly written review. Some things are just the way they are. You’re not funny, if that was your intent of the racial comment. Better go back to whatever it was you were doing prior to reviewing commercials.

Couldn’t her taking back the bowl have been that he was a fat greedy / grabby kid? Why jump straight to the assumption that because he was black there was a hidden motive of theft? Hopefully benefit of the doubt goes to the creators and this is just a clever skit to advertise a telephony product.

i agree with you about the implicit “racial” element of Rollover Mom, even though it’s not clear if it’s meant to be “racial”; i didn’t know until you brought up the issue. if you like, check out racialicious.com and you’ll see there are plenty of commercials with implicit racial elements. thanx for bringing back memories!
